Everyone who accesses our Employment Support Service will be matched with a dedicated Employment Advisor. They will work with you to provide personalised guidance and support, tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Whether you are in employment and need help with a specific area or need help to find a job or volunteering experience, our experienced team can give the support you need.
We can also Signpost to other organisations who may be able to offer further specialist support.
Helping people find work
- Support and guidance with job searching and applications
- Developing your interview skills and preparing you for the interview itself (including the option of mock interviews)
- Support with writing and updating CVs and cover letters
- Help to find and apply for volunteering opportunities and apprenticeships
- Helping you to understand the career paths and choices open to you
- Advice on how to make the most of engaging with the Job Centre
Supporting people in employment
- Understanding and improving your wellbeing in the workplace
- Support in disclosing mental or physical health conditions to current or prospective employers
- Confidence building and assertiveness skills
- Understanding and managing stress in the workplace
- Understanding your rights and support options in the workplace (including reasonable adjustments, access to work requests, grievances, and more)
- Support in addressing and resolving concerns with management and colleagues
- Advice on how to engage with and make the most of Union Representatives and Occupational Health providers
