We offer appointments in GP surgeries and in community venues all over the County Durham area. If you have a preference please just let us know.
Cancellations
Please note that the service is in high demand and each appointment is valuable. It is therefore important that you make every effort to attend your appointments. If in exceptional circumstances you are unable to attend please ensure that you give notice of at least three working days by telephoning the number above.
